Tom Jackson is recognized as America’s leading expert on how to recruit graduate students. He has over 39 years of higher education experience. Since founding GAPSEMC in 1985, Tom has consulted with 477 different graduate programs and given 359 seminars to 26,217 administrators and faculty members throughout the U.S. and Canada. Some of his clients include Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Duke, Illinois, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt.

Hannah Prosser, Director of Educational Programs, joined GAPSEMC in 1991. During the past 18 years she has served as the firm’s Director of Information Technology, Director of Client Relations, and Research Associate. Additionally, Hannah has coordinated over 270 off-campus and on-campus customized training programs for graduate and professional schools. Prior to joining GAPSEMC, she worked in the fast-paced, high-tech telecommunications industry for over 12 years. Fondly referred to as the firm’s “Concierge,” Hannah was made a full partner in 1999.

Tracy Estill came to GAPSEMC in 1993. She currently serves as the firm’s chief financial officer overseeing all financial, contractual, governmental, and community affairs. Prior to joining GAPSEMC, Tracy worked for five years as a budget appropriations analyst for the State of Illinois handling higher education legislative bills. In addition, she served as a college financial aid administrator for almost six years. Fluent in French, and appropriately called the “Money Honey,” Tracy enjoys the fine arts, travel, beading, and walking—and saving, investing, and spending the firm’s money.
